Refunds and exchanges (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and adequate photo or video evidence is provided as proof of condition. If you would prefer a refund, the item must be returned to us at your own cost. You must use second class delivery. Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting before sending any items. Once we have received the item and a copy of your proof of posting, we will refund the full cost of the item along with the additional postage costs.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
